We always use free range, drug free, locally sourced meat with aromas of sage and onion, pork and apple sauce, all served with soft floured baps. Your special meal can be complimented with crisp salads and topped off with delicious sweets and puddings including cheese board with crackers and grapes.
Although pork is the speciality of Dorset Hog Roast, we can of course cater for any other tastes. We can provide roast lamb, sirloin beef, prime turkey breast, classic burgers, sausages, chicken, salmon fillets, tuna, prawn skewers, grilled sardines, or swordfish steaks.
